Q?Why do you charge $30/hr rather than a flat fee?

As a company with integrity and passion for art and design, we could sweat and bleed trying to determine the right pricing for each individual type of design, but in our eyes that’s price discrimination and fair to the designer but not fair to the client in some cases. Our labor is intensive and we charge per hour to give each customer a fair chance at paying for the true value of their design and most of the time can come out cheaper than flat fee charging by designs since they might have a simpler design. ***Please note while the charge is $30/hr we do have a minimum design charge of $49.00 which is due to the costs to cover the labor for the design that is that quickly executed***

Q?What is the expected turnaround time on my design?

A.

We offer the fasted turnaround times on initial concepts in the industry. The turnaround times vary by design project type due to the complexity compelled into each type and therefore very from 24 hours to up to 96 hours. If you have a specific deadline we do offer a rushed design rate that we guarantee your design by or your money back.

Q?How Many Consultations do I get?

A.

We offer unlimited consultations and revisions to all of our clients for their satisfaction, we aren’t looking for ways to bump up our average sale, we want to cater to your needs not our own. We offer consultations via in person, phone, email, text, Facebook, Skype, twitter, snail mail, and virtually any other method you can think of. It’s your design and we will meet your needs.

Q?What if I don’t see what I need on your services list?

Then call, email, Skype, or shout at us and ask us if we can do it for you and we will do it for you. WE CAN EXCEED YOUR CUSTOM NEEDS!

Q?What do I do to initiate the process?

A.

Contact us by email, or phone to get your initial consultation, then once we understand the true needs of your project we will bid you an estimated project length and get the initial concept in the works after a quick short agreement to the design terms and conditions that protect both our creative construction and your privacy and rights to ownership concluding the designing process.

Q?How do I receive my Design?

A.

We deliver your design in every format and file size possible to accommodate your current and possible future needs for your design. Your design package is delivered once the release agreement is signed, then delivered via email, download or flash drive depending on what appropriate. We deliver in the following file formats when necessary, (JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD, XLSX, INDD)
